This spring has flown by - I can't believe it's April already! I played around with April's stamp of the month - every month CTMH features a stamp set that is available for $5 if you purchase $50 in other product. This month's stamp is a very Partridge-Family-Style so of course I needed to make an inspired card!
Easter came and went and I made cards for everyone in my small family with hand-colored or watercolour elements. I was experimenting with gate-folding cards, so it was fun to try out something different.
CTMH's Seasonal expressions 1.0 book is expiring at the end of April. I know I had to look through the catalog and find what I was missing and order it before the end of the month! Several of the thin cuts and matching stamps are rotating away and I had to stock up on Hello Lovely paper packs - I'm working on an album for my brother and I was worried I would run out of paper!
I'm gearing up for a fun summer - lots is happening around our house, visitors and vacations, so it's been spring cleaning for us. I'm adopting Gretchen Rubin's mantra: Outer Order creates Inner Calm. Our outer isn't so orderly right now, but I'm still hoping for some calm - I figure anything I can do to work towards that will be better than nothing!
