The joy of the holiday season is not just in the twinkling lights or the cheerful melodies—it's also in the creative magic that comes alive when crafting something special for loved ones. In a recent YouTube video, I explored Close To My Heart's December 2023 Stamp of the Month ("SOTM") - “Christmas Snow Globes” - and discovered how it perfectly complements the stunning Evergreen paper. The fusion of these elements sparked an idea: to craft a holiday card that encapsulates the warmth of a beautifully wrapped present.
This card goes together quickly and uses minimal supplies. I love the look of the curled ribbons, it really reminds me of the joy of the season. If you enjoy coloring, it's always an option to color in the snow globe image, but I think it also looks great as it is.
What strikes me most about the Evergreen paper is its ability to evoke the feeling of holiday magic. Its beauty inspired me to think beyond the ordinary and create a holiday card that wasn't just a card but an experience—a tiny package of joy waiting to be unwrapped. :)
