Slimline cards are fun because the dimensions are so different than other cards and they fit in business envelopes. I really like using the Fresh Paint paper pack for some fun touches on the card.
Attach black cardstock in center of card front of slimline card base. Use Black journaling pen to create doodled border around the white edge of the card front.
Adhere yellow/orange pattern in center of black cardstock on card front. Cut out circles using circle thin cuts.
Stamp “You Go Girl” in center of Raspberry Circle using Wild Berry Ink Pad. Stamp “You are so loved” in Capri circle using Capri Ink Pad. Stamp envelope on circle using Black ink from Fresh Paint graffiti pattern. Random stamp the star and confetti using Capri and Wild Berry ink on the yellow/orange circle, for variety stamp both first and second generation.
Attach Capri and heart circles to card front. Make sure to position the circles so it covers up the edges of the Fresh Paint paper. Attach the Raspberry circle. Use 3-D foam dots to pop up the last two circles.
Dovetail checkers and heart scraps at attach multiple clusters at top of black border. Use 3-D foam dot to pop up one flag for dimension.
Use White Opal liquid pearls to create embellishments on the black cardstock. Use Black Onyx liquid pearls on outside of card base.
Note: if preferred, this card is able to be in either horizontal or vertical orientation. On the up and down orientation, you may need to swap the Capri circle and yellow/orange pattern circle placement as the Capri circle will be covered up.
