This was a pretty cool take on a non-holiday card, so that was pretty neat of Rita to do. The stamps were colored in with the pencils and then she used a splash of water on a Q-tip to smooth out the color. This stamp set comes exclusively with a "Workshop on the Go" set, so it comes with some paper, twine, envelopes and embellishments and the stamp set isn't available outside of the kit. Rita wanted to show off using the stamps after the kit was used, and I think she did a fab job of it. Sometimes when you have everything in front of you it's hard to think beyond and how you can use the stamp & pieces in another way. Also, she fussy cut out a ton of those flowers, so I have kind thoughts for her for doing that!

I recently participated in a card swap with some very talented Close to My Heart consultants, and I was blown away by the creativity that they displayed! I wanted to share some of their art and give some inspiration and a head start on how they created some of the art. I know that the end of the year gets full of different holiday crafts, but they are truly worth a look and I hope that they serve as some inspiration for your day!
